The winter lunch menu is out and has new food that excites students. "It's nice to see some change, I still can't believe we're going to be eating Domino's pizza," claims student, David Aguilar. Each day of the week will provide a different food for the students to chose from.

Finals will now take place before Christmas break. "I'm glad the district decided to change it up a bit for finals this year," expresses Ariana Ibarra. Christmas break will now be a stress free period for students to enjoy.

#icanhelp will hold random acts of kindness throughout the year to bring out awareness. Nohemy Alvardo expresses,"I like the idea of Lugo having such thoughtful clubs to bring out a safe environment for everyone at school." Meetings will be in the ASB office on Mondays for any student to attend.

No lunch passes, which means no leaving to go out for lunch. "I worked so hard to get my grades up and now I can't get one anymore," states junior Amanda Bugarin. Waiting for the lawsuit to be finished with, students have been waiting for two weeks for their lunch passes to be unrestricted.
