Don Lugo’s first ever black out rally created a place for everyone to perform; even the 2016 DALHS Winter Drumline. Performances from the dance team, USA National Champion Hip Hop Team, and DALHS Color Guard were also included, proving that they could’t be stopped, not even in the dark. Mikel Hopkins shared, “This has been our best performance so far… I also enjoyed the unique theme.”
