Fifteen years ago, on September 11, at 8:46 am, American Flight crashed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center, which began the horrific events of 9/11. Nearly 3000 people lost their lives due to this terrorist attack. Marking this as the deadliest attack on U.S. soil.

America under attack,” 15 years ago this was the headline seen all over the world. This will be the first year that a freshmen class will be taught in history about the tragic, terrorist events that happened on 9/11.”For students, it’s learning about a day in history. For teachers, it’s about making students understand the impact of September 11th and what it has had on America,” commented Taylor Utzig.

Americans will never forget what took place on this day.  Now 9/11 is a day to honor and remember the lives of the people that parished and it is also a day to remember those who sacrifice their lives trying to help. 9/11 is a day to be honored, respected, and never forgotten.
