Lugo hates cyberbullying
June 1, 2016
When 150 Lugo students were asked what word comes to mind when talking about bullying on social media, student voices landed themselves to words that chastised and discouraged such an act. Many also thought cyber bullying to be a sign of immaturity or thought that the issue of bullying was not a real concern because it could just be ignored or avoided completely. “Cyber bullying is obnoxious and childish,” said one senior. These are the rest of their thoughts…We Hear You Lugo!

Honestly, I feel that cyber bullying is childish. The thing is though people say they can ignore or avoid the situation completely so it won’t hurt them but, thats not the case sometimes it can start from cyber bullying and the thing is other student to can see the comment and the bullying going on than it can continue on at school. For something like that to happen it is really frustrating and it is really hard to ignore if everywhere your going you hear the bullying that was going on. Also, I feel that if we don’t like cyber bullying so much, we need to watch we do online to because if we can ignore it for other people getting bullied, how are we going to make sure this cyber bullying can stop.
