Chance Sawyer was saddened that the attack even happened. “I feel like this is such a waste of eggs and so useless. It was just annoying.” The eggings have only proved to be a nuisance to most victims.

Between Friday February 19 and Sunday February 21, many Don Lugo students were greatly upset and disturbed when their homes were vandalized.

A nuisance has turned into a plague for some Don Lugo students. Many student’s home were egged by an unknown assailant and the report of vandalized homes continues to grow. Whether it be a coincidence, joke, or bullying, there is no clear image of when and where the vandalists will strike again.

Current Don Lugo senior, Chance Sawyer, said that the eggs caused damage to one of his vehicles. There have been no reports of how many people were involded, or what vehicle they were driving. Regardless of who the suspects are,  this is classified as vandalism and criminal mischief and charges can be filed.

In an interview with Chance Sawyer, he stated: “A side view mirror on my Malibu was bent after it was hit by the eggs.” All of the egging victims are Don Lugo students. Several Don Lugo students are on edge and wondering who will be hit next or if the attacks have ceased.
