The Conquistadors head to CIF playoffs. Four of Don Lugo’s sports teams excelled during their season making it to CIF. These four teams include football, volleyball, boys water polo, and the girls cross country teams.

The football team ended their season with an exceptional 4 wins and 1 loss. With these statistics the team is heading into playoffs confidently. Their first opponent will be Bonita High School.

The volleyball team gained a total of 8 wins and only 2 losses. They will give it their all as they enter round 1 of CIF against Santiago High School.

Water polo muscled their way through the season with a record of 8 wins and 2 losses, awarding them with 2nd place in the the Mt. Baldy League. Their first playoff opponent will be Fontana High School.

Don Lugo’s cross country ladies are off to the playoffs as well. With a fairly good season they stride into CIF with their heads up high, hoping to become champions.
