The girls’ varsity soccer team started their pre-season December 4, against Summit High School on Don Lugo’s home field. The Lugo girls won 3-1 playing in the cold rain, pushing through to the last minute to secure their first win here at Don Lugo. “I am really looking forward to this season. Our team is full of young talent and plenty of energy. We are ready to have a winning season!” remarked captain of the varsity team, Ruby Landeros.
