Don Lugo varsity girls’ volleyball has been on a hot streak this season so far. They are now 4-0 after their win against the Seaquam Secondary School from Canada on September 16.

The team came to the court with the utmost confidence and zero intimidation of the Canadian team. Lugo won 3 out of the 5 rounds that were played in that game. The key players that are killing the game are Tylia Dixon (#16), Bricia Lara (#10) and Devyn Yates. (#21). Tylia with her vicious spikes, Bricia with her cunning blocks and Devyn with her amazing digs are giving their team a great chance to go undefeated throughout the whole season.

Their number one goal, according to Tylia Dixon, is,” To make it further than last year which was making it to the second round of CIF.” Their next game will be at Diamond Ranch on September 29. Let’s see how long the girls can hold their undefeated record.
