The time to join your favorite Spring and Winter sports has finally arrived. The athletic department is looking for skilled and energetic participants to join the various sports offered at Don Lugo, and to continue our legacy of skilled athletes. So, to ensure your spot on a team, it’s time to make sure you are prepared once sign-ups begin.

All winter sports, as well as spring baseball and softball, are holding tryouts soon. Before sign-ups begin, talk to a coach or the Head of the Athletic Department to learn specifics on each sports meeting dates. However, no matter the sport you’re attempting to play, you must register on athleticclearance.com. You must also have a physical before trying out for a sport. Remember you need to have a 2.0 GPA, and to not exceed eight unexcused absences according to the District Code of Conduct, and then there will be  nothing further to hold you back from trying out for your dream sport.
