Are you feeling lost, worried, and/or struggle with addiction? If so, please consider attending the confidential help group “Call It Quits”. You can easily sign up in the health office with the CIQ binder. At the CIQ meetings you can learn coping skills to deal with your addiction, stress management, and learn to build a healthy support network of peers to move toward a sober lifestyle. The CIQ is here to help you and support you through this tough time of addiction. The CIQ starts this month, so do not feel afraid to receive help.
