If someone was looking for a comfy, air-conditioned place to lazily “dress out” and get a physical education credit, they won’t find their Valhalla here. This program lead by Coach Phil Garcia is designed to keep off-season athletes sharp and focused, while still managing to have a good time. The class is made up of student-athletes coming from Don Lugo’s very own water polo, soccer, and track and field teams. In this photo essay, we will take a look at some of the activities that help put those under Garcia’s wing at the top ranking spots in their respective sport.
