From the start of science fiction, interactive holograms have been used in movies, but it may soon be a reality. A group of developers announced the concept of the CICRET bracelet in a video released on YouTube in 2014. Yet the most recent prototype video has left awaiting consumers wanting much more.

In the recent video, CICRET showcases the device and comments that “with the CICRET Bracelet, you can make your skin your new touchscreen. Read your e-mails, play your favorite games, answer your calls, check the weather, or find your way [with GPS].” CICRET is presumed to do several functions of a phone, as well as have waterproof design as demonstrated in a bathtub.

Many that have seen the video believe that the motion sensor reaction time was far to slow for practical use. But the CICRET is expected to work more effectively by its release, which has not been announced yet. Regardless of prototypes, the concept of the device seems to be ingenious, and a great new way to use a phone.
